Responsibilities / Duties
? Clearly identify logistics issues in existing plants to improve them to the best in class
industry standards.
? Create detailed plan to improve all production plants (mainly injection moulded plastic
automotive components plants) in line with company's requirements and targets.
? Plan and Identify resources required for implementing the actions agreed with the
management.
? Define logistics standards and procedures for all the plants in the group.
? Lead logistics activities for all new plants including budget calculations, quotations, concept
proposals, etc.
? Work with the local team to ensure all new plants meet the company industrialisation
standards and have the best in class technology and working practices, especially in
overall stock rate, material flow, packaging inline with quality requirements.
? Efficiently lead a team of lead engineers and junior engineers to ensure all targets are
achieved on-time.
? Plan and identify and train the team and also plant teams to ensure good working practices
and standardisation.


Qualification / Education
? Proven experience of managing logistics activities especially in a plastic injection moulding
parts manufacturing company.
? Have good experience of overall stock reduction, logistics planning, material flow, creating
standards and procedures.
? Proven experience of leading a small team efficiently.
? Master or bachelor degree in automotive/ mechanical or similar
? Strong personality and a good team player
? Strong communication skills and International company work experience
? Fluent English (written and oral)
