Main Responsible:
1.Conduct monthly payroll calculation and tax reporting, coordinate activities about salary
2.Be responsible for social welfare as well as company benefit schemes
3.Executes daily HR operations and provide HR services to employees, make sure all responsible HR operations comply with legal requirement
4.Complete other works assigned by HR manger

Job Requirements:
1.3 years HR working experiences
2.IPL HR system skill is a plus
3.Familiar with national HR laws and regulation
4.Good communication skills, oral and written English
5.Self-initiative,Independent,strong sense of confidentiality and service,quick response and efficient working style
