Job description
1.进行生产设备能力分析和优化发泡工艺流程。
Analyze the capacity of production line, optimize the foaming process.
2.编制、更新、审核生产现场作业指导书,及修订后的培训和指导,确保工艺文件正确有效执行。
Compile, update and audit the instruction of production. Train and instruct workers, and make sure that the workers efficiently perform accord the new file.
3. 负责不良品改善工作,解决发泡过程中出现的品质、原料、废品、生产效率等问题。
Be liable for making improvement plane of defective parts. Solve the problem of quality, material, scrap parts and productive efficiency.
4.及时处理生产过程中突然出现的工艺质量问题,制定解决方案,并监督实施。
Handle the process quality problem during production in time. make the solution ,and overview the performance.
5.配合质量部调查、分析并解决与产品相关的质量投诉。
cooperate the quality department to examine, analyze and settle customers' complaint.
6.新项目启动后,协助维修部进行发泡设备的布局,安装、及调试工作。
Be responsible for helping the equipment department with foaming equipment layout, installation and commissioning
7.监督操作工工艺纪律执行情况。
Overview the operators whether they strictly performance according process principle.
8.定期组织本部门Wet-end和Compounding进行作业指导书的集中培训。
Organize timely training for Wet-end and Compounding.
9.完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
Accomplish the daily work that the superior assign.
Requirements
1.本科以上学历,机械制造或自动化工程及相关专业.
Bachelor degree or above, mechanic or electrical project majors or related .
2.30岁以下,性别不限
less than 30 years old. No limitation of gender.
3.英语CENT 4以上,可以用英语听说读写。
CENT 4 at least, Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
4.工作积极主动,善于沟通交流。
work actively and be good at communication

1. 有汽车发泡部件工艺工程师两年以上工作经验。
