Job title: Sr. Engineer, CQE/QA, Marvell Shanghai

Responsibilities:
CQE/QA of Marvell Q&R major job function includes:
1)Correspond to customer inquiries, including specification review, product and process qualification, RoHS, Quality management, failure analysis request, audit request, special testing, packing and shipping requirements, …etc.
2)Facilitate communications on customer issues among Q&R, FAE, Operations, Sales/BU, and internal engineering resources.
3)Review / edit Marvell internal response prior to replying to customer.
4)Track FA status during analysis process between Marvell and customer. Review FA report for appropriateness of content and adherence to 8D format.
5)Generate periodic quality reports to customer on as-needed basis.
6)Review / transform quality report received from wafer foundries, assembly sub-cons or test sites into Marvell report before sharing with Customer.
7)Participate or facilitate local site audit by customer (only if required).
8)Visit local customers, gathering quality information and providing services.
9)Support internal queries on QRA from sales/marketing, BU, and customer service group.
10)Support general customers SQE (supplier quality engineering) Q&A.
11)Correlate in-house or Subcon QA/QC data with FA observation when required on customer returned failures.
12)Prepare / make presentations to customer, e.g. QBR meetings in local region.
13)Facilitate working meetings with customer and provide real time updates.
14)Summarize FA status periodically for customer. (Only if required)
15)Convey PCN for customer notification.
16)Follow up thoroughly customer specific requirements internally.

Qualification:
BS, MS in electronics engineering, applied physics, material science.
At least 5 years working in the IC industry.
Experience on PCB, SMT process, and related board level failure analysis knowledge is preferred
Minimum 2 years working in supporting customer quality engineering related area.
Very good communication and negotiation skills.
Very good English in both oral and written.
