Main Duties & Responsibilities

. Deliver good customer service experience for every customer to exceed their expectations and
ensure our standard of service are consistently executed at all times.
. Achieve agreed sales target by identifying every selling opportunity through demonstrating
professional sales techniques.
. Able to communicate confidently the unique selling points and the features of the merchandise.
. Build relationships with customers in store / VIP database.
. Provide necessary training, guidance and assistance to Sales Assistant in selling leather goods.

主要职责

4. 建立良好和稳固的店铺/VIP客户关系。

Job Qualifications & Specifications

. Form 5 graduates with 2 – 4 years relevant sales experience preferably in luxury leather goods
industry.
. Excellent in interpersonal and customer service skills with pleasant and outgoing personality.
. Strong fashion sense, dynamic and willing to devote to the brand.
. Excellent analytical skills
. Independent, flexible, willing to work under pressure and with strong communication skills
. Good command of spoken and written Chinese and Mandarin is a must. Good command of spoken
English is a plus.
