职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Implement Technology Operations strategy that is fully integrated with the business strategy.
- Develop and maintain effective partnership and sponsorship with the leadership of the business functions.
- Continuously address the capabilities, capacities and priorities of the information management function to support business needs.
- Assure ongoing and effective application of the performance management, skills development and career planning for operations employees.
- Implement succession planning and management.
- Direct the delivery and operations of IT services within the context of the China organization to support the business.
- Ensuring integration and collaboration between local and global IT teams for effective service delivery.
- Provide leadership in identifying and resolving issues as they occur. Utilize organizational change management concepts and methods in the implementation of IT services to address business needs.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum 5 year’s senior management experience in technology operations.
- Experience in customer facing roles, strong presentation, technical communication skill and technical documentation writing is must.
- Strong team management and project management ability.
- Prefer to have oversees studying and working background.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- ITIL qualification is a plus
- PMP qualification is a plus
