职位描述
Key Responsibility:
? Achieve sales & distribution target in assigned sales territories
? Implement channel strategies and manage distributors and wholesalers in sales & distribution targets achievement
? Ensure adequate stock level of key items/TVC items
? Implement Hasbro's merchandising guidelines and ensure excellent brand presence at POS level
? Work with local distributors/wholesalers closely to ensure the qualified executions of BTL programs
? Collect, integrate and feed back field market information
? Provide product knowledge training to wholesalers' sales team.
Job Qualification:
Professional Know-how
? Bachelor degree or above (preferably marketing/business)
? Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and regional distributors management
? Multi-sku/ multi brand sales experience in local market
? Good communication in English in both written and oral forms
? Familiar with distributors in Henan, Anhui or Jiangsu is a plus

? Builds and maintains highly productive, collaborative working relationships with own and related team members.
? Positive in the face of business changes that impact their work and procedures – remains flexible and takes prompt action.
? PC literate with good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

? Strong attention to detail and focused on execution.

? Understands and responds to needs of internal and external customers; seeks customer feedback and reacts positively making suggestions for improvement.
