Objectives:
Highly competent medical staff to be available at Pudong site which has a high population inclusive of senior management, international and highly skilled staff.

Main Task:
-Align with overall BASF global, regional and Greater China OMHP goals. In collaboration with CCOHP and Pudong site OH Center to ensure meet company and business demand
-Ensure Pudong site OH legal compliance and BASF relevant requirement conformance
-Provide clinic care and medical emergency care in BASF Pudong site, covering local people and foreigners
-Ensure other clinic related functions to implemented, such as sick leave approval, women care, medical record archiving and database maintenance, medical confidentiality policy etc
-Provide occupational service in BASF Pudong site, including running health surveillance programs, issuing FTW certificate, case and disability management, return-to-work evaluation, consultancy etc
-Actively be OH position of pudong site RC center to join joint site inspection, EHS committee meeting, reporting of all kinds, work related injury review, OH investigation, OH procedures, government inspection etc from medical and occupational health professional standpoint
-Actively participate in the medical emergency response plan in BASF Pudong site. Optimize the sites Medical ERP and lead medical emergency response activities. Provide first aid training to Pu dong site responders, appraise all first aider performance via medical drills
-Develop and implement health promotion programs, e.g. vaccination, travel health, skin care, health campaign, newsletter and upon business demand etc
-Ensure clinic legal compliance, manage the clinic on daily basis and maintain clinic related contracts
-Interface and cooperate with relevant BU or FU in Pudong site on health or medical issues
-Present meetings related to clinic or Pudong site called by local health authority on behalf of clinic and Pudong site, liaise with Pudong authority with regard to Pudong site issues
-Compose medical reports of all kinds, e.g. monthly clinic report, site annual report, injury report etc
-Actively support new investment in Pudong site for OH permit issue
-Be part of OH Center quality assurance team to ensure the operation meets Company standard and regulatory requirement
-Assist Senior Manager to provide knowledge transfer and coaching to all other physician teams in GC

Requirement:
-Education: master degree in medical university
-Working Experience:
At least 5 years working experience in the public hospital or clinic
5 years working experience of health service or occupational medicine
-Technical & Professional Knowledge:
Valid doctor license
Good command of English in both oral and written,
Good computer skills with MS office etc,
Good interpersonal communication skills with strong team spirit
Familiar with requirement of labor law, code of occupational disease prevention
Management skills
