职位描述

Description of main job and functions Time Spent (%)
1. Develop and implement area strategy and annual/quarterly/monthly sales plan according to sales director’s requirement;
2. Regularly review sales office efficiency and customer developing status;
3. Identify targeted key customers and big project and assist local sales in developing new business;
4. Provide solid support to key customer and project management, negotiate and establish reasonable price in accordance with standard procedure;
5. Coordinate and follow up big project business(Above 1 million RMB);
6. Cooperate with other sales area actively on big project;
7. Develop cooperation with agents following the company rules;
8. Participate in determining potential customer cut-in solution together and implement these solutions when necessary;
9. Assist in business maintenance with existing customer when required;
10. Sales people development. Identify potential sales leaders and coaching them correctly based on company strategy;
11. Submit efficient & accurate business report and sales forecast on time; monitor information in CRM system;
12. Teamwork with the functional dept.(eg. CSD) to maintain high customer satisfaction rate incl. product quality, timely delivery etc;
13. Assure a sufficient skill level of the sales force for a successful market development in cooperation with HR;
14. Other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. University degree with major in mechanical or electro-mechanical or industry control or related; MBA is preferred;
2. Over 6 years sales experience in similar industry with at least 3 years in management position;
3. Good vision on gearbox market and excellent knowledge on NORD product, be familiar with competitors within territory;
4. Proven strong leadership to drive sales team; team spirit and good cooperation ability; good coaching skills; Good communication and negotiation ability , good mathematical and logic Skills, excellent presentation skills both in Chinese and English;
5. Critical decision making ability when any crisis happen;
6. Be used to cross-culture working environment;
7. Good command of MS-office software, be familiar with CRM is a plus;
8. Ability to work under strong pressure with good psychology& personal quality;
9. Accept long, frequent business trip.
