Duties & Responsibilities

1.Be responsible for monthly closing activities and meet the closing schedule:

1) Bookkeeping for GOE related Vouchers

2)Prepare the GOE checking list and follow up the outstanding items

3) Prepare GOE allocation

2.Be responsible for balance sheet accounts reconciliation and follow up on the outstanding items

3.Maintain reference data such as COA/LOB/Rate in EPR system.

4.Assist the process improvement and documentation

5.Prepare GL related reports within the timeline

6.Assist with internal and external auditing, and follow up on audit findings to be implemented

Candidate Specification

1.Bachelor Degree, preferred in accounting

2.More than 3 years working experience in GL position,

3.Familiar with ERP system and office soft ware, VB will be a plus

4.Hard working and be able to work under pressure
