ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Getting CNC equipment up and running, as well as assembly and testing equipment.
2.Create, develop, and implement procedures used to machine, assemble, process, and test our full product line, including CNC programming.
3.Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout. Seek for solution in manufacturing issues regarding manufacturability, cost, quality, and safety
4.Reach the target OEE and other measurable targets.
5.Setup of new machine and new product launches.
6.Working closely with production and maintenance team to ensure the system that will make the outcome meet company targets.
7.Generate, implement, follow-up and maintain work instructions, other necessary documents.
8.Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Academic
1.BS Engineering or a related field.
2.Minimum 5 years experience with machinery and production and CNC machining and assembly processes, as well as lean manufacturing.
3.Hands on experience with CNC programming, controls (Siemens, Fanuc), codes, and capabilities, with good knowledge of machining techniques in metals.
4.Knowledge in cutting tools
5.Working knowledge of machining drawing and GD&T
6.Good communication in English
7.CAD proficiency is desirable
8.Hand-on work attitude
Experience
