Cheetah圣德精锐客户-公司是一家从事PE投资的专业投资管理机构。联合其他国内资本构建了多个融资平台，资金管理规模近7亿元人民币，目前在上海、北京等地设有业务机构。

岗位职责：

1、根据公司发展战略负责公司渠道部门的销售计划制定及各项指标有效落实；

2、带领部门团队，与银行、三方理财机构建立良好的合作关系；

3、负责团队管理，包括渠道部门人员招募、管理、培训及激励等。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历；

2、五年以上银行、基金公司、信托公司或三方理财机构工作经验，其中至少两年渠道部门管理工作经验；

3、具有独立运作基金融资成功案例，融资规模在2个亿以上；

4、有丰富的行业资源及优秀的管理能力；

5、有基金公司或信托公司市场部负责人、销售部负责人相关工作经历。

薪酬范围：税前年薪30万-50万，条件优异者可放宽标准。
