Primary Function And/or Responsibility：
The Supplier Quality Engineer understands and applies the principles of vendor-supplied product quality evaluation and control. This includes:
1. Performs technical analysis, evaluation, and testing in an effort to resolve quality related product problems.
2.Works with associated individuals and groups to identify and implement effective corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
3.Has a basic knowledge and experience with quality-related processes .
4.Application and analysis of manufacturing’s testing and inspection procedures.

Required Education:
BS Degree in technical field required, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics.

? 3+ year experience as a supplier quality engineer
? Experience working with metal fabrication processes
? Participates within the organization in Advanced Quality Planning
o Manufacturing Engineering Specifications
o Measurement Systems
o First Article Inspections
o Supplier SKU Approval Process
o Quality Improvement
? Analyzes data relevant to the organization and generates performance improvement conclusions and reports to show findings
? Participates in the QA-CAR process
o Helps to determine root cause of the problem
o Works with US HQ QA or with the Supplier to effectively implement the appropriate corrective action

? Ability to speak and read English
? Knowledge of ISO9001
? Electronics industry experience preferred
? Familiar with quality assurance methodologies.
? Understands root cause and corrective action processes, and how to lead root cause investigation
? Ability to manage multiple projects, instill continuous improvements throughout the organization.
? Able to travel 50-75% to cities Shanghai, Jiaxing, Ningbo, Cixi
