职能需求 Competence Profile：
学历 / 经历 Education / Experience
- 大学学士学位，生化、药学、医学、生物、细菌学或相关专业
University degree (bachelor), with major in Biochemical, or Pharmaceutical, or Medicine, or Biology, or Bacteriology or equivalent (it’s compulsory as per the Chinese GMP)
- 至少8年药厂经验 At least 8 years in a pharmaceutical industry
专业知识 Specific Knowledge
- 精通GMP知识 Very good knowledge of cGMP
- 精通 MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project的使用。 Good skills with MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Project
- 精通计划软件的使用Good skills with Planning softwares
职业技能 Business Understanding
- 至少3年在外资企业工作经历 At least 3 years working experience in foreign companies or JV’s
- 有管理多于30人团队的能力 Experience of managing a team of > 30 people
- 良好的英语沟通能力(说、写)；母语中文 Very good knowledge of English (verbal and written); mother tongue: Chinese
