岗位职责：
1.Be responsible for detail drawing work for every project, including setting up design criterion and equipment selection, settle and perfect all drawing to match GLP Standard
2.In charge of all the detail drawing work in each phase and ensure every design changes can be reflected in engineering drawing in order to help design manager to accomplish drawing review.
3.Solving technical problem for the process of construction design to avoid any over-design.
4.Participate in preliminary study for every project and be response for pre-design of every project.
5.Coordinate internal department and client’s requests and carry out client request like construction, structure, electricity, HVAC, plumbing and drainage to ensure the project design drawing to be accomplished on schedule, within budget and of good quality

任职资格：
Bachelor’s degree in related field (civil, architecture, electric,、plumbing and drainage、HVAC)
Good command of AutoCAD and illustration software including 3D studio, etc
>=8 years; 5 years design experience and 3 years project management experience in general manufacturing or logistic facilities
Familiar with relevant GB national standards and knowledgeable in interior design, landscape, building materials and other relevant engineering disciplines
