职责描述（Accountabilities）：
一、 营运管理
1、协助总裁制定战略计划、年度经营计划及各阶段工作目标分解；
2、起草集团各阶段工作总结和其他正式文件；
3、协助总裁对公司运作与各职能部门进行管理、协调内部各部门关系；
4、跟踪公司经营目标达成情况，提供分析意见及改进建议；
5、负责公司总裁办公会议、季度经营会议、及公司年会等会议、活动的组织和实施，撰写和跟进落实会议纪要工作要求。
二、 文秘管理
1、 秘书管理：配备与企业发展相适应的秘书服务团队，确保秘书团队专业、细致、有效和高效地服务与公司各位董事；
2、 文档管理：根据企业发展要求，实施公司本部公文、档案的日常管理和服务工作；
三、 部门管理
1、 全面负责总经办的各项工作，组织拟订与完善总经办公室管理和服务的各项规章制度，保障办公室正常和有效地运作。
2、 部门的管理及团队建设。

任职资格（Job qualification）：
1.基本条件（学历、职称、专业工作经历）：
？ 本科及以上学历；具备一定行政管理及运营管理专业知识。
？ 3年以上规范企业的企业办公室、运营管理工作经验。
2.基本能力（专业能力、文字能力、沟通能力）：
？ 具有优秀的外部公关能力、商务谈判能力、组织协调能力及工作执行力；
？ 责任心强，能够承担压力，愿意加班和出差。
3.一般技能（计算机操作、外语水平）：
？ 熟练使用Office等办公软件；
？ 英文良好。
4.管理能力：
？ 具有一定的团队管理能力，能够激励和带领团队实现部门目标。
