Position Title: Leadership Development Associate, Asia Pacific & Africa
Reporting to : Leadership Development Manager, Asia Pacific & Africa
Country : China
Location : Shanghai
Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position
1. Project management of all regional leadership development programs in Asia Pacific & Africa (GLS, GEL, ELP, Compass-Local National Employee Accelerated Development Program): involving complex communication with internal senior level leaders and external vendors, optimization of existing processes, and innovation of new processes
2. Coordination of nomination processes
3. Direct responsibility for logistics, communications, venues, materials for successful delivery of Leadership Programs
4. Assist the Leadership Development Manager in executing ADDIE cycle elements, such as Needs Analysis, Delivery & Implementation.
5. Support the regional mentoring program in designing and implementing program evaluation
6. Support the College of Leadership & Professional Development in Asia Pacific & Africa in administrating assessment tools
7. Deliver communication and professional skills workshops (Communication Basics, Presentation Basics, Working Together as a Team, Working Across Culture, Working in Virtual Teams, Time Management & Goal Setting, etc.) in China
8. Support other Learning & Development team programs and projects as required
Candidate Specification
Education Qualification : Bachelor Degree or above
No. of Years of Experience: 3 - 6 years in learning & development/Human Resources role
Professional Exposure : ADDIE Cycle
Preferred previous experiences: Training programs management and coordination
Functional Skills : Strong written and verbal English language skills, Project management skill, Strong presentation Skills
Behavioural Skills : Passion in people development , Attention to details, Customer oriented, Influencing and negotiation skills
