职位描述

Major Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and management of all Learning & Development activities in China;

· The ADDIE cycle for the College of Leadership & Professional Development;

o Analyze - oversee the collection of learning needs analysis for China

o Liaise with APA College of LPD for design/development of China LPD items

o Delivery/facilitation of Leadership & Professional development calendar in China

o Delivery - Build internal delivery capability in China - coach/teach others

o Evaluation

· Delivery of APA Development Frameworks (GSR, LL+) in China market

· Integration of delivery of key Build Strategy in China - integrating Build Programs (Mentoring, Compass, Onboarding, Graduate Program), Self Study, Relationship & On the Job learning into the learning proposition for China employees

· Design, launch, pilot and Lead cross-APA Learning & Development Projects e.g. APA Mentoring Program, APA English Capability program

· Technology platforms for China (SABA, L&D SharePoint forums, FLD SharePoint Site)

· China L&D Policy ownership and execution - e.g. China education sponsorship policy, overseas education policy

· Ownership of the China L&D Budget

· This will involve:

o APA Market communication, oversight of provision of L&PD products in all China locations

o Liaison with the APA College of L&PD to maximize regional consistency

· Team Leadership and management of other Welfare and Engagement related activities in China market such as;

o Change Management of the China Welfare Strategy

o Liaison with Recruitment team for graduate campus recruitment

o Market/APA All Hands communication sessions

o Ownership of the Welfare & Engagement China Budgets



Experience and Background Skills Desired: The ideal candidate will have:

· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline

· Minimum 7 years in Learning & Development/Human Resources role

· Strong written and verbal English language skills

· Training & Facilitation skills in English and Mandarin

· Technical Learning & Development skills. Experience with full ADDIE cycle

· Proven Generalist HR Business Acumen

· Strong Project Management capability and influencing skills

· Knowledge of Ford China locations and their needs

· Ability to tolerate ambiguity

· Strong drive for results

Key Experiences/Competencies expected to be developed in the position

· Project management skills

· Build understanding of Asia Pacific & Africa

· Presentations and exposure to APA HR leadership team

· Build APA networks

· Team Management and supervision skills
