General Summary:

Manage the operation of the internal control process and optimize the internal control environment for FMCL and REC.

Report to: Internal Control Supervisor

Major Responsibilities:

· Perform annual MCRP review for FCO and REC: review process and MCRP with operations; perform confirmation testing; implement corrective actions for issues identified and ensure the correction sustainability.

· Assist in completing Treasury MCRP.

· Coordinate with regional team to roll out control activities and monitor site compliance.

· Assist JVs in fulfilling regional team requirements and in their daily work (answer questions, OIC coordination, review support, etc.).

· Perform system related internal control work: ACR/ICR concurrence; System access IC concurrence.

· Coordinate for KFST registration and track completion.

· Perform special studies or audits of business process as requested.

· Provide guidance and answer to policy related questions.

· Perform monthly check reconciliation.

· Act as Travel request E-tracker admin

Requirement:

· Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.

· Professional Certification: CIA / CPA preferred.

· Minimum 3 years work experience in Internal Control or Audit with multi-national company.

· Good knowledge of internal control concepts and audit practices.

· Good logical thinking, reasoning and learning skills.

· Solid interpersonal and communication skills.

· High levels of ethics, integrity and objectivity.

· Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
