Position Purpose(Overview of the position) Job will involve both normal administrative roles and technical support roles. Normal administrative roles will include making travel arrangements, ordering office suppliers and scheduling meetings. Technical support will include ordering parts and test equipment, conducting limited testing of CSSO features and supporting benchmarking efforts. The ability to provide Mandarin/English language translation for bi-lingual meetings will also be necessary. | |
Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position

1. Order and maintain department test cars 2. Support market research and competitive benchmarking. 3. Work with APA CSSO Advanced Feature Planning and Engineering to support tests for new and existing CSSO features. 4. Responsible to make travel reservations for CSSO and prepare travel expense reports for the CSSO Director and Manager 5. Order parts and test equipment using production and non-production parts ordering systems 6. Schedule conference rooms for meetings 7. Manage department records including organization charts, vacation schedules and time keeping | |
