Major Responsibilities
- Manage Custom Clearance & commodity CIQ inspection and other import and export related issues. Give correct
instruction to supplier and broker to apply CIQ and Custom declaration based on Government regulation.
- Prepare custom clearance and other export related documents, and manage internal chop application and approval
process for all shipping documents and other import and export related documents.
- Classify HS-code based on Government regulation, and actual practices. Decide and input HS-Code in PANDA system.
- Manage Custom Clearance broker contract, and broker performance. Make sure that the broker works probably based
on Company benefits and government regulation.
- Support Tax refund and Treasury related issue.
- Support to improve parts import and export process. Analyze the current export process and identify the problem, and lead
the process improvement.
- Support APA Service Parts Export business for FCO

Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree required;
- Minimum three year relevant work experience in import and export, or purchasing;
- Demonstrated technical and professional skills in job-related area required;
- Familiar with import and export government regulation.
- Automotive business related background is preferred;
- Good English language skills both oral and written;
- Excellent in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with capability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Initiative, hard working and quick learner
