Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position

? Coordinate (with Deloitte) monthly IIT tax filings and payments for all China ISEs
? Prepare annual IIT returns for all China ISEs
? Prepare quarterly and annual EIT returns for FMCL and REC
? Assist in monthly VAT export refund filing
? Tax registrations and deregistrations (when necessary)
? Answer tax questions from related departments
? Effectively communicate with the Tax Manager for any tax matters/issues/exposures/opportunities noticed
during the tax compliance work
? Effectively communicate and liaise with the in-charge tax officials and other government officials

Preferred previous experiences / competencies to prepare for the position

Education Qualification: University degree in Tax/Accounting/Finance

No. of Years of Experience: At least 3 years finance/accounting work experience, with some tax experience strongly desired

Professional Exposure: Over 2 years experiences with professional accounting firms is a plus

Preferred previous experiences
? Leadership Skills:Highly motivated and able to prioritize multiple tasks
? Functional/Technical Skills:Strong analytical skills combined with a good working knowledge of accounting and finance

Special Knowledge Required:Accounting certification is a plus

Skills Sets Required : Familiar with tax filing related systems and standard business software applications including Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint

Any Others Proficient in English;
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels in the organization
