工作地点：上海

岗位职责：
-做好校园招聘业务数据的监控、统计并出具相应报表；
-根据校园招聘的项目要求，设计问卷/数据分析方案、分析数据、完成项目报告撰写；
-深度解读校园招聘业务数据，设定研究报告结构，撰写研究报告；
-配合执行定制化的校园招聘研究项目。

任职要求：
-本科学历，统计及数据专业优先；
-至少1年以上数据分析岗位或调研机构从业资历；
-有项目调研经验、独立开展工作（组织、实施）能力；
-分析总结能力以及文字撰写能力强，工作主动；
-精通EXCEL，有良好的团队协作能力。
