岗位职责：
1、负责与公司业务相关的法律文件、文书的审查工作，包括部分审查流程的起草、修订和改进工作；
2、为业务部门提供法律咨询和法律帮助；
3、协助部门领导处理公司法律诉讼、仲裁以及对外接待等事务；
4、主动搜集与公司业务相关的法律、法规和政策等信息，配合部门进行法律宣传和培训。

任职资格：
1、法学本科以上学历，2年以上相关工作经验；
2、熟悉公司法、劳动合同法、知识产权法等相关法律法规；

3、熟悉互联网行业、广告行业或具有相关工作经验者优先；
4、有良好的人际沟通能力，办事严谨、逻辑严密、思维敏捷；
5、团队合作意识强，为人诚实，具有敬业精神。
