岗位职责：

-负责公司竞价推广，制定SEM的推广计划，并进行具体执行，对推广效果进行监控和优化；

-利用相关工具跟踪分析投放效果，根据关键词广告的表现，通过分析转化率对关键词广告、Landingpage进行优化；

-领导SEM团队进行投放策略制定，竞价策略制定和SEM预算建议；

-研究和监控竞争对手SEM的做法和变化及时提出调整方案；

-定期和搜索引擎媒体进行沟通，了解其产品变化，并灵活运用于推广方案中。

任职要求：
-本科学历；

-5年以上搜索引擎竞价账户管理经验；

-有整合解决方案的能力，能进行基于搜索引擎的营销解决方案整合，善于利用SEM手段配合其它内容营销；
-对数据敏感，分析能力强，了解搜索竞价的机制和原理，对关键词和用户搜索习惯有深刻认识；

-能对各个SEM的投放效果进行详细分析，根据分析结果，及时调整投放策略；
-有较强的互联网营销素质、良好的语言组织能力、清晰的思维能力；
-有团队合作精神，能与媒体和广告公司保持良好的联系沟通，及时解决投放中存在的各种问题；
-能有效委派工作，带领员工发挥有效工作表现，有效的指导工作，提高员工的工作效率和工作积极性。
