岗位职责：

-处理客户的来电咨询，做好记录并及时转达；

-完成各类文件、报告的制作、整理、印制、寄送；

-协助做好客户资料统计及数据库维护；

-完成部门日常行政事务工作，协助做好部门物品的管理。


任职要求：

-大专、本科2015届毕业生（每周须保证4个工作日出勤）；

-人力资源/统计/数学/计算机/经济/管理学专业，或有市场调查、人力资源岗位实习经历的优先；

-工作细致、认真、有责任心，有良好的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；

-能熟练使用Office、EXCEL等办公软件
