Role Summary/Purpose

An Senior Mechanical Engineer works with with cross-functional teams to design, develop, manufacture and service complex state-of-the-art healthcare systems Activities include detailed mechanical, structural, thermodynamic design of sub-systems and components.

Essential Responsibilities

•Master mobile X-ray C-Arm System function & feature's application;
•Responsible for the mechanical platform definition, Project planning & Execution, design process control and design implementation ;
•Responsible for the qualification of design parts, as well as the quality integration of these subassemblies into complete mobile X-ray systems;
•Responsible for defining and executing verification and validation plan;
•Responsible for the design cost effectiveness.

Qualifications/Requirements

•Master or above, Mechanical engineering or related;
•More than 3 years of experience in related field, especially the design of large and complex systems.
•Experience in the following technologies: Thermal，FEA, sheet metal, casting, plastic injection, machining.
•Experience in mechanical CAD tool for example Pro Engineer …
•Industry preferred: Medical Equipment, Industry control equipment, Military research, Machine tools, Telecom infrastructure, Robotics, Car manufacturer, Aeronautics …
•Excellent English and good Communication skill, Strong ownership;
•Integrity, Cooperative, Boundless spirits, work under pressure.
•Being proactive and well organized.

Desired Characteristics

1. 8+ years relevant work experience
2. Internal QMS background is a plus;
3. Experience in foreign company or abroad is an advantage
