Role Summary/Purpose
In this role, this person will be responsible for Customer and Field Engineer support.
Essential Responsibilities
• Effectively and professionally communicate with customers and internal staffs on service businesses and operations
• Maintain high customer (both internal and external) satisfaction and relationships
• Provide supports to service business and operations
• Provide supports to service training administrations
• Provide supports to service parts supply chain and inventory management
• Provide supports to service call handling processes and service management system maintenance
• Provide supports on AR collections
• Prepare reports for service business requirement
• Provide support on EHS management in LS
• Engage in projects for working with the service managers, supervisors, engineers and staffs from other functional fields
Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above
• 2 years or above working experience
• English proficiency and strong Computer skill
• High integrity & discipline
• Must be a good team player and team work spirit
• Excellent communication & presentation skill
• Capability of working under pressure
• Willing to travel
• Strong business sense
