工作内容：
- 根据各部门需求，执行人员招聘计划，发布招聘广告、收集筛选简历，利用各种有效招聘途径满足公司的人才需求；
- 做好各招聘岗位的面试安排及甄选；
- 负责招聘效果的分析和招聘成果的跟踪；
- 负责建立公司人才库，做好人才的储备和选拔；
- 负责新录用员工履历的审核；
- 做好员工试用期考评及合同续订、变更工作的开展；
