职位描述
Summary:
The role will be responsible for the financial and commercial controlling of PLUS team, including in charge of consolidation of the financial and management reporting, contractual compliance, internal controls, auditing, cash flow.
Main Responsibilities:
？ Interpret operating results, analysis key performance metrics
？ Coordinate with GroupM, MEC Finance Team and PLUS Team on all financial related issues.
？ Enforce the internal control and make sure the company operation compliant with the laws and regulations.
？ Incorporate contractual compliance by managing of the agencies business development.
？ Involve in other ad-hoc assignments and projects when necessary
Requirements:
？ At least 5 years of work experience in Finance
？ Proactively supporting the business by ensuring the delivery of full finance and commercial finance support.
？ Management of team and monthly reporting process. Budgetary control, forecasting planning and analysis.
？ Strong interpersonal skills
？ Articulate, energetic and able to drive change in a dynamic and fluid environment
？ Good in English – especially in writing.
？ Strong ownership and very detail oriented.
？ Strong in Excel
