岗位职责：

1. 协助总公司筹建当地办事处，负责办事处的日常管理；

2. 制定并执行业务拓展和销售计划；

3. 招募、管理并培训当地业务团队，带团队完成售指标；

4. 维护总公司客户、开拓并维护本地客户，获得客人支持，以完成总公司制定
的月度、年度货量指标；

5. 跟踪总公司、海外分公司及海外代理发出的销售信息，根据销售信息拜访客
户后汇报拜访情况，并努力获得客户支持；

6. 协调与当地供应商之间的配合；

7. 协调与总公司在日常工作中产生的问题；

8. 及时合理地处理客人投诉的问题；

9. 完成总公司交办的其他业务；



职位要求：

1.五年以上海运出口相关经验，拼箱经验尤佳；

2.两年及以上团队管理者，主管或经理的经验；

3.充分了解当地市场情况

4.具有良好的客户和供应商关系；

5.具备很强的沟通协调能力；

6.能在压力下工作；

7.良好的团队激发能力和核心组织力；

8.熟练的英语口语及书面表达能力，英文6级以上；

9.熟练使用办公软件。

Responsibilities

1. Assist Head Quarter on set up of local office, in charge of the
daily office operation.

2. Setup and execute business development and sales plan.

3. Recruit, manage and train the local team to reach the sales target.

4. Maintain relationship with customers from Head Quarter, develop
local customers and get support from all customers so as to reach
monthly/yearly sales target.

5. Follow sales leads from Head Quarter, Company's overseas branches
and/or agents, pay sales calls, summit sales reports and eventually
secure business.

6. Coordinate with local vendors on daily operation.

7. Coordinate with Head Quarter on all operation issues.

8. Solve customer complaints properly and efficiently.

9. Deal with other tasks assigned by Head Quarter.



Qualification

1. <5 years of ocean export experience, preferable in LCL.

2. <2 years of management experience as a supervisor or a manager.

3. Fully understanding of the local market.

4. Strong communication skills

5. Able to work under pressure

6. Ability to motivate team and manage team

7. Fluent English both orally and in writing (CET6 or above)

8. Familiar with office software
