职位描述

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. QUANTITATIVELY
- to make sure the division that he / share takes charge of can hit the following targets
? sell-out (before return and exchange goods)
? Aggregated weight of UV of in-house brands matches the aggregated sell-out weight of in-house brands
? Gross margin rate of the whole division
? Targeted stock ratio by season end

2. DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBLITIES
a) within the department
i. work closely with in-house brands department in
? inputting timely feedback on collections already launched – quantitatively and qualitatively (hence not necessarily
? participating in preparation of collections
? in structuring OTB
? influence in-house brands department’s preparation of publicity materials, including photo shooting, styling and mix-and-match
ii. planning – while reporting to the Director of Merchandising, the Division Manager should assist with no spared efforts in this core aspect of Merchandising Department to make sure that his / her division
? has a well-defined and regulated calendar of product launch, and each launch is accompanied by a sound and creative campaign. He / she should make sure that an appropriate amount of publicity materials are provided to the Trade Marketing and Promotions Department so as to enable them to come up with a (or a series of) mini-campaign launched at defined points of time at different parts of yohobuy.com website (if necessary leverage on external channels and resources)
? provides always a reliable merchandise delivery planning / time-table
? based on the above-mentioned time-table, reliable cash flow forecast
? discuss with BMs with regard to sell-through rate and gross margin target to safeguard the division’s overall performance: thus to be in charge of sales plan, the intensity, length of time and skus, and make sure that prices are adjusted afterwards so as not to eat into the gross margin; can be creative in sales plan to encourage deeper sell-through
iii. reporting
? sound analysis (daily, weekly, monthly) of his / her own division and report according to the format defined by the company
? should be able to articulate arguments and provide sound action plans and execute according to the approved and agreed plan
iv. order guidelines – act as the first gatekeeper of orders by monitoring
? if BMs follows OTB analysis guidelines
? if the analysis is sound, reliable, insightful
? ensure that buying strategies based on the analysis are executed accordingly
? if necessary be present at buying meeting
? make sure product level classification and ordering weight in between categories / size / colors and prices are all cogent and sensible
v. mix-and-match recommendations
? on his/her own accord prepare mix-and-match recommendations (among brands) to facilitate the work of Category Management Director
vi. operations: to supervise the day-to-day work of BMs in all aspects, including operations, this include
? pricing : make sure yoho’s pricing is competitive on the market (some brands might offer discounts in other channels or even on their own official website)
? liaison with warehouse : in making sure that products arrived conform to our quality requirements, including obtaining all necessary documents / tags / QC certificates as demanded by the government
? customer shopping experience – assist Category Management Director in the enhancement of customer shopping experience by providing more creative product descriptions, securing more appealing product images, and especially sizing references

b) intra-department

i. work mainly with in-house brands department as explained
ii. work hand-in-hand with Trade Marketing and Promotions Department as mentioned
iii. last and not least Brand Business Development Department in taking over new brands they negotiated on behalf of yoho as a group




SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates with both brand and ecommerce operations experiences will have competitive edge over other candidates
- Has led team of size of at least +5 and has an affinity for leadership, and is willing to train and develop talents
- A good team player
- University educated
- Sensitive to global fashion and life-style trends, has passion for street-wear
- Goal achiever
- Willing to travel frequently among different cities in China, mainly Nanjing, Shanghai and Beijing
- Good numeric and analytical skills, mastery of excel

A:媒体
《YOHO!潮流志》——是新力传媒着重打造的媒体,也是目前最成熟的媒体之一。从2005年10月创刊始,已成功发行了130余期。他是国内第一本完全原创版权的内地编辑的属于年轻人的潮流时尚杂志,读者受众定位为16—28岁年轻人群,通过正规发行渠道(报刊亭、连锁商超等)发行至全国各大中城市,每期发行量超过50万份。并且已经和瑞丽、时尚系列杂志一样,在国际广告客户、全国杂志发行商等处并列为一级媒体,深受全国年轻人的喜爱。目前《YOHO!潮流志》已成为江苏省广告收入,发行量最高的期刊。

 “有货”电子商务项目(http://buy.yoho.cn)是依托YOHO.CN社区所开发的B2C网络商城。在“有货”上线的短短一年来公司利用成熟权威的平面媒体《YOHO!潮流志》和活跃度很高的YOHO.CN----首席年轻态网络社区进行跨媒体整合推广,从刚开始的零品牌合作发展到目前近200多个品牌“入驻”销售,其中包括了LACOSTE、CASIO、IZZUE等国际潮流品牌、以及各种港台知名品牌、内地原创品牌。日营业额从当初的2000元/天,到目前已突破30万元/天。预计到12年底实现入驻品牌350个,年销售额1.2亿的目标。目前“有货”电子商务网站已是江苏最大的电子商务企业之一,并获得2009年度“中国电子商务产业十大新锐企业”称号。
