职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Customer data base management:
-Customer database build up
-Monitor and maintain the quality of the data base in coordination with the stores;
2. Customers’ loyalty Management
-Work with sales & marketing department to ensure that customers enjoy professional and highly efficient services that meet the requirements of Company.
- Conduct activities on customers’ relations focus on the purposes of increasing customer loyalty
- Decrease the customer lose rate
- VIP maintenance and premiere gift design
3. Customer Complaint Management
- Assist in handling customers’ complaints
4. Plan and execute CRM campaigns to align with brand calendar
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above , major in marketing or business is preferred
- At least 2 years working experience on CRM
- Have passion for fashion industry and good sense on figures.
- Experience in system development will be a plus
- Solid knowledge of customer data management and selection
- Solid knowledge of customer communication and acquisition
- Good writing skills in both Chinese and English
- Communication Skills / Interpersonal Skills / Negotiation Skills / Customer Oriented Mindset
- Initiative and self-motivated personality
