Essential Responsibilities

- Track dealer inventory status, work with finance and OTR team to check the reasonable safety stock. Work with region dealer manager to check dealers' activity follow company process.
- Monitor logistic dealer status and make sure they follow company process
- Communicate with related dealer performance and ranking to the dealers. Help them make improvement
- Help maintain contract dealer profile.
- Update dealer policy in website.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification:
Bachelor degree, major in foreign trade/finance or related.
5+ years related working experience
Excellent communication skill, exhibits the ability to interact effectively with various types of people
Proficient at office software
Detail oriented, commitment to deliver the results.
Good English capability in both spoken and written
Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams

Desired Characteristics

Preferred Qualifications:
1. 1-2 years working experience in commercial field;
2. Ability to multitask and Resourceful
