Qualifications:

- 10 years of experience In sourcing, vendors management and regular internal communication with engineer team as program owner.
- Familiar with SAP and excel tools which can be very helpful for disti demand generation projects tracking and overall scorecard and performance management
- Excellent communication and motivational skills and good team player
- Fluent English and Mandarin

Internal Description:

? Set up and manage disti demand creation registration program.
? Track all disti demand creation efforts and opportunities in Model N.
? Drive weekly disti opportunity review meetings and update status.
? Follow up to closure with applicable Marvell account sales and BU’s on needed AR’s.
? Track quarterly disti design in’s and design wins.
? Monitor disti inventory levels to support new product design in’s.
? Manage disti revenue actuals versus disti revenue forecasts.
? Work with BU’s to establish disti engagement guidelines for all product lines.
? Manage internal and external audit compliance for China distis.
? Manage disti quarterly scorecard and performance rating.
? Manage tier 2 and tier 3 account mapping in system.
