Job Descrption:

？ Develop and provides training program and assist to establish quality evaluation system, and continued to summarize call center to better sales skills, quality standards, customer service and increased efficiency of call center
？ Come up with plan on how to implement training program and quality assurance plan to identify key weaknesses of team members to ensure client and TSR satisfaction.
？ Ensure that all training materials are relevant and current so as to achieve the desired level of service and sales and retention quality provided to end-customers.
？ Assess training needs, develop training methods, and writes procedure manuals and presents information
？ Design and implement specific training programs to help develop or improve job-related skills per business requirement.
？ Coach and facilitate learning and personal career path development.
？ Administer and coordinate all training activities in the contact centre.
？ Establish key measurements for reflecting the effectiveness of each training course.
？ Supervising training team members provides both formal and informal feedback to trainers.
？ Give reasonable suggestion of service quality improvement to call center manager;
？ quality assurance plan and coordinate to update, to ensure that meet business
？ development requirement and to achieve customer and sponsor satisfaction;
？ According to the market trend and department development situation to establish and update the telephone service quality standard;
？ According to the Department quality assessment situation, put forward the related training
？ Needs advice and planning to call center manager, ensure the frontline sales staff have sufficient knowledge of the quality control and sales service skills;
？ Assist to establish and optimize internal incentive system;

Requirements:

？ College or above with major in insurance, sales, marketing, finance
？ Above 3 years as trainer, insurance or call center trainer preferred.
？ Strong sense of responsibility and communication skills
？ Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills
？ Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft office
？ Excellent interpersonal and motivating skills to train the staff
？ Strong problem resolve ability, interpersonal relationship process and administer capacity
？ Acute market sense, creative, strain capacity, leadership
？ Be self-discipline, fair, objective, can work independently under pressure;
