Job Description:

Role Description:
? This role will provide the business unit with a central point of contact in China for IT risk and compliance management related activities (including any review or examination)
? Ensures IT compliance is in line with all corporate IT policies; monitors and enforces the implementation & compliance of AIG IT governance and security policies
? Coordinates the rollout and implementation of the IT security-related initiatives from AIG International IT Security & Governance Team
? Ensures all AIG and local regulatory IT requirements are met
? Ensures all IT security documentation are in place and with the respective approvals obtained
? Single point of contact for China IT - related reviews or audits

Major responsibilities include:
? Implement Regional IT Governance & Compliance Framework in China that incorporates
？ AIG Technology standards
？ AIG Corporate security standards
？ Sarbanes Oxley controls
？ Industry best practices on data protection and data privacy
? Develop a monthly IT Services Levels Scorecard and set of KPIs that helps management stay close to the issues and ensure early intervention/resolution.
? Proactively monitor for changes to the regulatory or industry standard environment that may impact the IT compliance/security environment of the business unit
? Review, submit & monitor IT security-related documents submission to Regional IT Governance & Security Team
? Develop and conduct risk assessments and health checks to ensure all future IT audits achieve a satisfactory rating.
? Manage Audit (SOX, IAD, PwC). Liaise with both internal and external audit team; point person for audits and reporting.
? Standardizing IT processes, controls and security framework for IT process continuous improvement and execute an IT governance and awareness training program for both business and IT.

Requirements:

? Minimum 5 years of IT QA or audit experience
? Working knowledge of and experience on the software development procedure (SDLC, CM and QA) is desirable.
? Good understanding or experiences in IT governance, compliance, or security, operations and working with both internal and external auditors.
? Possess effective written and oral communications skills both mandarin and English,
? Proactive for objective driving and commitment to get the task done,
? Good time-management skills and strong team-player.
