任职资格：

30--45岁，工程类本科及以上学历

岗位职责:
1.为现有项目提供支持包括：培训、质量和绝对标准评估，现场指导和帮助项目建立ARAMARK标准化
2.负责新项目初始化筹备阶段的物料、设备订货，人员培训等，在项目现场建立ARAMARK标准化框架和项目的基础运行；
3.定期对所辖区域项目进行质量和绝对标准评估，监督项目内ARAMARK标准运作程序的运行和执行情况并有针对性的向运作高层进行反馈，并指导工程部经理提出整改方案；
4.根据运作及项目需求，为项目提供技术，管理等卓越服务范畴内的有效支持；
5.根据公司的手册程序的要求和政府相关规定，制定对专业服务具有指导意义的卓越服务信息参考；
6.定期对本专业现场经理进行业务培训；
7.制定和不断完善ARAMARK标准化程序，定期完成对ARAMARK标准化程序的更新和补充工作；
8.与内部、外部部门协调、协作，以获得所需资源，为客户和项目提供一个支持的平台；
该职位需要频繁短期出差。
