Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for incoming and outgoing funds of the company, including making all payments out – locally and abroad
2. Keeping full set of records of all incoming and outgoing funds
3. Maintain local bank account and provide monthly bank statement to department management
4. Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing payments with proper documentation
5. Working together with accounting personnel for full cash and bank records and reconciliation
6. Communicating with company bankers for all related issues
7. Handling assigned duties and assisting on various projects as needed

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting or Financial Management and a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in a multi-national corporation in China.
2. Thorough knowledge of China banking requirements and condition, especially for a wholly foreign owned enterprise (WFOE)
3. Strong work ethics, honest and trust-worthy
4. Team player and ability to work cross-functionally with functional peers
5. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects, and to excel in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
6. Proficiency of both spoken and written English and Chinese with clear communication skills.
7. PC skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel, as well as Chinese banking software.
8. Ability to work with little supervision while being responsible for setting up and
executing required activities.
