职位描述
用准备好的车（包括新的或旧的豪华车）培训客户，使客户拥有高标准的汽车美容知识。
作为汽车美容培训师要清洗车的大部分，包括车的缝隙，而清洗车缝是不包含在标准的汽车清洗系统之中的。您的职责主要是向我们的新客户展示我们的产品和产品使用方法。
需要向新老客户提供培训方案。
需要接受高强度的综合的豪华车细节培训，以确保达到我们的高标准要求。
继成功地接受完我们的培训课程之后，将获得证书和英国的技术支持。

用香波清洗地毯和垫衬物
用真空吸尘器清扫地板和座椅
打扫并用真空吸尘器清扫汽车行李箱
打扫烟灰缸和杯架
更够习惯乙烯基和皮革的味道
清扫车内所有的垃圾、杂物和尘土
使用为微纤维设计制作的特殊海绵和洗涤剂
擦拭车内仪表盘、方向盘、装饰品和模具
擦拭门框和仪表板
清扫车内所有的灰尘、油污
使车内装饰恢复原样
用合适的抹布和洗涤液擦拭车内外所有的玻璃
用合适的清洗工具清洗车镜
清除发动机和引擎盖下面其他部分的油污
清洗完之后为车辆打蜡抛光
用特殊的铬合金清洗剂擦拭车内铬合金和装饰品
用空气压缩机和专用设备吹干车内外表面
使用化学品保护车身表面不沾染污渍
用不同的油漆、蜡和染料保护车内的皮革
用软管和泵清洗车辆
吹干地毯
清洗 擦拭车辆轮缘，让轮缘闪闪发亮
清洗车头灯、刹车灯和尾灯，让灯光越来越亮
修复小的划痕，并用修补油漆抛光
管理清洁用品库存

Car Detailer Trainer

IM Group is a British owned company with a 39 year history in the automotive, property and finance sectors. We opened our first office in Beijing in 1999 and have developed a number of business in and around the automotive industry in China, in our latest phase of development we have agreed with a British premier producer of car care products to exclusively launch their products in Beijing and the surrounding territories, with opportunities to develop further territories. We are seeking to employ a dynamic individual to lead our training and demonstration dept, the candidate must be able to develop new customers, is a good communicator. The key attributes required for this position are as follows:

Must have exceptional customer service skills.
Must be detail oriented.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be an active listener and exercise sound judgment.
Good critical thinking and problem solving skills are essential.
Must be a good time manage and multi-tasker.
The ability to follow complex instructions is a plus.
Must have the ability to effectively manage material resources and keep track of an inventory of supplies.
Should have ample knowledge of safety precautions.
Keeps records of customers and Devised a training plan for customers new car detailers

Position Description
You will be Training people in preparing vehicles to a high standard which may include new and used prestige cars

As car detailer cleans most parts of a car including cracks and crevices that are not cleaned by standard car wash systems. Your role will to be demonstrate our products and application methods to new Customers.
It will also include running training programs for new and existing customers
You will undergo intense and comprehensive detail training on prestigious vehicles ensuring you meet our high standards.
Following the successful completion of our training course you will receive a certificate and UK technical assistance thereafter.
Previous experience is Preferred but not essential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Car Detailer

Uses various types of cleaning equipment and solutions.
Details vehicle according to the customer’s specific instructions.
Shampoos carpets and upholstery.
Vacuums floors and seats.
Cleans and vacuums the trunk.
Cleans out ashtrays and cup holders.
Conditions vinyl and leather.
Cleans all trash, debris and dirt from the interior of the vehicle.
Uses special foams and detergents designed for specific types of microfibers
Polishes the dashboard, steering wheel, trims and moldings inside the vehicle.
Cleans door frames and instrument panels.
Cleans all dirt, grease and tar from the exterior of the vehicle.
Reconditions the vehicle’s exterior.
Cleans all glass on the vehicle, inside and out, with the appropriate type of cloth and cleaning solution
Cleans all mirrors with the proper substance.
Removes grease from the engine and other parts under the hood.
Waxes and buffs vehicles after washing.
Polishes the exterior chrome and all trim on the exterior of the vehicle using special chrome cleaners.
Uses air compressors and special equipment to dry the inside and outside surfaces.
Applies chemicals to surfaces to protect against spots and stains.
Uses various paints, waxes and dyes to protect the leather parts of a vehicle’s interior.
Uses hoses and pumps for washing and rinsing vehicles.
Dries floor mats.
Cleans and polishes wheel rims and makes them sparkle.
Cleans the headlights, brake lights and taillights making them brighter.
Fixes minor scratches and chips with touch-up vehicle paint.
Manages the inventory of cleaning supplies.
