Key Responsibilities
Preparation of Correspondence, Reports and Presentations .
Preparation and Organization of meetings
Diary and Email Management
Marketing Initiatives and Activities
General Duties
? Organize staff and client functions.
? Preparation of expense reports for submission for the GM
? Develop agendas for visiting corporate executives and oversee travel arrangements.
? Oversee stationery inventory and budget.
Other Duties
? To work within and promote all Aspire policies, procedures and corporate values.
? To be aware of Aspire policies, practices and procedures and actively participate in the ongoing development and enhancement of these important areas of our business.
? Support related sales administration work
? Act as the primary inter-departmental liaison on administrative issues
? Undertaking project work or reasonable duties as requested by the direct Manager.
? Undertake any other duties as determined by the Manager as requested.
Required Skills and Knowledge
? High level administrative, excellent planning and organisational skills.
? High standard of competency in MS office, Explorer and Outlook.
? High standard of competency in MS Excel, Powerpoint, Project and Visio
Required Competencies
? Ability to multi task and handle complex and sensitive work situations with the necessary skills and diplomacy to produce effective outcomes for those involved.
? Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
? Attention to detail.
? Ability to maintain confidentiality.
? Ability to prioritise and demonstrate flexibility in responding to a range of demands.
? Capacity to exercise initiative.
? Maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity.
? High level of attention to detail.
