职位描述

Key responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the installation and maintenance of hardware and operation system on servers

2. Responsible for MS Windows system administration

3. Be responsible for Tivoli system administration (including Tivoli monitoring, TEC, Remote Control, software distribution, inventory).

4. Plan and implement regular preventive check and maintenance for system administration.

5. System (server side) hardware and software asset management.

6. Assist design and administrate Windows Domain Active Directory and Implement throughout China.

7. Be responsible for the server side hardware and software installation and maintenance. Involve or support New Store Opening (NSO).

8. Maintain good documentation and filing for system administration (both technical and operational).

9. Be responsible to implement IT system security.

10. Support other IT teams for the troubleshooting of application and system issues.

11. Provide second level support for Helpdesk team.

12. Maintain reasonable service level from Peregrine system reports for system issues.

Experiences:

1. Must have at least 2 years working experience on Windows system administration. Experience on network administration is a plus.

2. Team management experience is a plus.

Skills:

1. Be familiar with system technologies. Decent knowledge and experience on
o Windows, terminal service, AD, Exchange, etc.
o Hardware (HP and IBM servers and other regular hardware devices)
o Storage and storage management. (one of the normal solutions)

2. Be familiar with large scale windows server system management.

3. MCSE2000,CCNA/CCNP would be advantage.
