Role Summary/Purpose

Supporting ITO e-platform function user. Fully understand system control points and provide standard operation procedure guidance and user training to ITO e-platform user. Facilitate IT resources for issue shooting and enhancement. Maintain routine system usage, reporting and data updating mechanism. Collaborate with team members and IT to resolve the system integration issue.

Essential Responsibilities

Be responsible for opportunity management, order forecasting and quotation/contract fulfillment in cloud technical based IT system.
Open/close user authority and corresponding territory including product, process and province or zone/region.
Fulfill and maintain routine data clear up mechanism align with business requirement and global data governance.
Collect user requirements via the routine mechanism or daily supporting, draft the user story together with the user, Key in the user story in Rally system and initiate in global function call or rise to Local IT team to fulfill.
Conduct Pre-UAT for MPV/enhancement, direct function user for UAT and sign-off, draft user manual and training material ,facilitate and provide proper on-line or on-site training to function user, update the version of user manual timely according to the latest system update.
Communicate the system outage time and issue with function user, facilitate IT and function resource for issue follow up and bug/defect fix, keep function user posted on the case solving progress.
Constantly seek, share, and implement the long term and simplified solution for function user.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. Bachelor degree from an accredited university or college
2. Minimum of 2 years system supporting or enhancement experience
3. Proven experience in influencing, presentation and driving change results orientation
4. Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated facilitation experience
5. Strong working knowledge of English language (written and oral)

1. Master degree and major in Information management or computer application

2. Experienced in ITO operationalizing process
3. Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results
4. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; statistically literate and familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools
5. Demonstrated commitment for process optimization
6. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
7. Green belt certification/experience
