Responsibility:
Support project manager as a team member to execute E&I project; Ensure the project will be executed under legal regulation, customer's requirements and AL rules. Ensure project to achieve safety, quality, budget and schedule target. Ensure project acceptance by customer with satisfaction.
1. Project safety control
Support project manager to manage project safety for whole project or partially. Make sure the project will be implemented under zero accident.
2. Project quality control
Support project manager to manage project quality for whole project or partially. Make sure the project will be implemented under quality requirement.
3. Project budget control
Support project manager to control project cost for whole project or partially. Make sure the project will be implemented under budget. Find efficiency way to improve the project margin.
4. Project schedule control
Support project manager to control project progress for whole project or partially. Make sure the project will be no delay.
5. Project system design control
Support project manager to control project system design, coordinate with design authority to validate the system design. Make sure the system will be designed according to related regulations and rules.
6. Project site management
Support project manager to lead site project team, assign work, organize meeting, subcontractor management, documents preparation and control.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in Engineering & related
2. More than 3 years project management experience in special gas system project
3. Good English skill on both of oral and writing
4. Strong mindset of "Safety-First management"
5. Basic knowledge of ESG distribution system (AVP, BGDS, GC, VMB/P, Candi system etc.)
6. Familiarity with ESG gas yard design and related system (Abatement, UHP Piping, Detector, Fire fighting system, utility, exhaust, GMS)
7. Solid understanding of ESG character and Application in TFT/IC/PV industry
8. Familiarity with local regulations
9. Familiarity with project management process
10. Basic knowledge of IMS system
11. Computer literacy – familiarity with MS Office package, Microsoft Project, internal systems such as Oracle
12. Tax knowledge
13. Imported trading knowledge
14. Organized and effective at time management.
15. Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
16. Good command of AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office.
17. Good project management skills
18. Customer oriented approach.
19. Good at self-management and self-motivation
20. Ability to work extended hours and shift work as business needs dictate.
21. On call nights, weekends and holidays as required.
