职位描述
Job title: Spa Project Development Director
To be handle for Spa and Gallery new projects.
Job description:
Projects
1.Preparation and submission of business plan.
2.Drawing up Project Timeline and ensuring that all parties adhere to established timeline.
3.Be the liaison person between internal & external parties concerned.
4.Update & disseminate “Integrated Project List” for BD.
5.Attend pre-opening conference calls for new projects.
6.Be as Pre-Opening Task force (POTF).
7.Coordinate local recruitment & hiring processes.
8.Review BOL and facilitate local procurement.
9.Arrange or co-ordinate with BPP/Owner/Hotel’s HR on accommodation for deployed associates.
10.Site inspection, issue snag list, takeover and testing & commissioning M&E systems and facilities.
11.Co-ordinate with appointed contractor/hotel’s engineering for rectification works.
12.Conduct product knowledge presentation/orientation to local spa associates and hotel’s staff.
13.On site Set-up.
14.Arrange dry-run and soft-opening.
Human Resources
1.Manpower planning.
2.Obtain & review salary structures/benefits and finalize with BPP/Owner/Hotel.
3.Work with Spa HR/BPP/Owner/Hotel and finalize employment contract.
4.Liaise with HR on deployment schedules.
5.Liaise with BPP/Owner/Hotel on local recruitments and interview, shortlist and hire local associates which will be done jointly in consultation with BPP/Owner/Hotel’s HR.
6.Co-ordinate with HR/BPP for visa/work permit application.
7.Arrange staff uniforms and name tags with HR
Academy
1.Circulate floor plan for menu concept/creation.
2.Liaise with Academy for recipes, benefits/techniques (new treatments), services protocol etc. of proposed spa menu before sending for write-up.
3.Co- ordinate menu training schedules for designated Services Supervisor cum Trainer and/or appointed AM/SM
S & M
1.Request for logo creation.
2.Circulate menu concept/creation for proposed pricings and write-up.
3.Proof-reading, confirm write-up contents and layout.
4.Liaise with Spa S&M and BPP/Owner for bi-lingual spa menu/ printing collaterals and translation (if required).
5.Obtain approval for artwork production and printing cost from BPP/Owner/Hotel . Link of high-res file will be sent for local printing.
6.Liaise with Dora for S&M plan, Ads, Promotion Campaign and Discount structure.
Purchasing
1.Circulate layout and proposed manning for BOL.
2.Find out list of restricted imported products in liaison with Spa Purchasing.
3.Obtain estimated freight charges (sea/air) and lead time for BPP/Owner’s agreement before releasing shipment.
4.Check with BPP/Owner for local clearance procedures and import duty fees etc.
5.Source for local procurement.
Finance
1.Obtain and circulate relevant statistics from BPP/Owner for preparation of pre-opening and operating budgets.
2.Provide proposed manning and BOL for inclusion in pre-opening budget.
IT
1.E-mail address requisition (generic, spa operations, spa services, AM or SM – NEW EMPLOYEE).
2.POS system requirement.
3.Internet, Tel/ Fax requirement and installation.
Gallery
1.Liaise with gallery for initial inventory proposal of retail items and logistic.
Ad-hoc projects/assignments
1.be ready for Ad-hoc assignment at any time.
Requirement
- Required direct experience in the Spa field
- Fluent English communication skills (written and oral), Chinese speaking/writing is advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and be the liaison person between internal & external parties concerned
- Effective problem solving skills and providing alternative solutions
- Ability to work and lead the team independently in a team-oriented collaborative environment
- Detail-oriented and organized person to work towards the deadline
- Good multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a tight deadline
- Mobility with ability to go as POTF(set up, arrange dry-run and soft opening)
