职位描述
Responsibility
This position will be responsible for the employee relationship and communication. In addition , leading the administration team to continuously drive the service level of the canteen, dormitory, employee shuttle & company vehicle management and office management services。
Employee Events and Employee Club Management including but not limited to:
-Annual Employee Events planning and budget control like all kinds of wellness initiatives
-Manage the Employee Club
Employee Communications
-Coordinate and facilitate all kinds of employee communication initiatives like Waterfall Meeting, General Manager Roundtable and other ad hoc communication events
-Administrate the People Survey Process and follow up the actions plans
Employee, Counseling, Dispute and Disciplinary Action
-Coordinate with Legal department for any employee and labor dispute process
-Manage the employee disciplinary action process
Admin Supervision
-Oversees Canteen, Transportation, Dormitory, office management and cleaning
-Manage the Admin Specialist(to be recruited) and Receptionist in terms of development and engagement
Requirements:
1. BA/BS in related field required
2. Knowledge of labor law and local regulation
3. Fluent English.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
5. Team leadership qualities necessary to empower others
