职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
1.Independently manage the day to day operations of the teams include program, production, engineering, PMC, warehouse etc and report his/her work to Operations Director.
2.Provide suggestions for dept. setup, adjustment or cancellation and implement after getting approved by OM and GM.
3.Nominate dept. manager and administrator to OM,GM and determine their job responsibilities in order to optimum productivity by working the most suitable team structures.
4.Implementation of factory’s operations policies and procedures, ensure overall compliance of quality management system across the entire organization.
5.Define the plan of new business, new process and drive team to fulfil the new projects requirement from customer.
6.Review the plan of production, facility, human resource to make sure enough capacity put in place and ensuring delivery commitment.
7.Organize the regular Ops review meeting with team to monitor the operations performance of each team.
8.Defining improvement of goal for individual dept., supervision and management of team performance and individual performance of the team members, identify and resolve issue blocking productivity and productivity improvement, interact regularly and update stakeholders on status and provide visibility.
9.Analyse metrics and identify the trend of the team, identify concerns and opportunities for improvement and liaise with other team to resolve them. It must also drive implementation of key operational excellence concepts such as lean, kaizen, in order to ensure continuous and lasting change.
10.Lead, motivate and support team to improve the customer experience.
11.Full overview of the finance KPI for each individual project to maximize the benefit and minimize the cost in factory.
12.Develop co-operation across all areas in factory, sharing knowledge and showing understanding of each other’s responsibilities in order to achieve objectives.
13.Define HOD personal development plans and supports them in achieving their plan.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree ( major in manufacturing & supply chain management preferred)
Should possessat least 6 years experience in progressively more responsible leadership positions in areas of Production management, Supply Planning & Trade Compliance.
2.Requires fluent English communication skills (verbal & written).
3.Software proficiencies required: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc…)
4.Requirement to utilize multiple software platforms. Intermediary computer skills required
5.Extensive knowledge of process management tools, metrics, and performance measurement techniques. The ideal candidate knows how to employ these tools and processes effectively incorporating metrics by which progress against plan can be measured.
6.Demonstrated successful experience in assessing process requirements, process development and implementation, and process maintenance.
7.Must be able to think strategically and plan effectively; yet possess a detail-oriented, hands-on approach. 8.Must be results-oriented and ability to operate with a high sense of urgency.
