某财富500强跨国企业 招聘原材料采购经理
Job Description & Responsibilities:
1.The Sourcing Manger will be responsible for sourcing direct and indirect materials.
2.Collaborate with Purchasing and other resources to determine material specifications and requirements.
3.Select suppliers and negotiate pricing for components
4.Prepare supplier matrix for each category and assure that selected/current suppliers are financially sound, dependable and have acceptable quality.
5.Determine best opportunities for cost savings; negotiate new pricing where appropriate and assure that competitive bidding is used wherever indicated.
6.Help develop supplier scorecards for ongoing evaluation of supplier performance and monitor performance to ensure compliance Sourcing Manager will provide input to management, interface with marketing, sales, production, and engineering departments as related to procurement and supplier support.
7.Manage/build strong supplier relationships to insure on time delivery, expedite past due orders where needed.
8.Aid in the reconciling of problems and issues and collaborate with other departments to ensure resolution.
Position Requirements:
1.Four year degree preferred or equivalent work experience, minimum 8 plus years of work experience in International Purchasing, Sourcing and qualifying new product manufacturers.
2.Technical background is a plus.
3.Excellent English skills both written and verbal, assertive, self-motivated, takes initiative.
4.Ability to drive closure on open issues with minimal supervision and has thorough understanding of supply chain and overseas purchasing.
5.Has the ability to forge long-term supplier relationships, analytical, problem solving, project leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6.Willing to travel internationally to make factory visits and work with foreign offices.
