产品为低油耗涡轮增压器、火花塞、自动过滤器，安全刹车材料等汽车动力产品
Critical Expectations and Responsibilities:
-Applies automotive quality tools and processes and technical expertise to continuously improve the quality performance of suppliers.
-Audits supplier’s delivered parts as part of Internal SAP Dynamisation process utilizing formal, recognized measurement / audit techniques and procedures. Variable or Attribute.
-Directly contacts, leads and assures suppliers apply and respect HTT drawings, specifications, processes and procedures related to rejections of components within the HTT Manufacturing Plant Assembly or machining processes.
-Supports SQ&D and Corrective Action Team. Validates that suppliers have appropriate process controls and capabilities to provide robust quality products for product shipped after SOP. Supports SQ&D providing measurements and data.
-Lead role interfacing with 3PL and Quality Contract Service provider, *****SQ&D functions to prevent non conforming parts or services being delivered to HTT facility.
-Supports suppliers and team members to contain, resolve and prevent re-occurrence for supply problems, related to quality, capacity and packaging.
-Drives quick and effective resolution of quality problems at suppliers, including documentation on 8D as appropriate. Audits suppliers to assure corrective actions are permanently installed.
-Re-validates supplier process capabilities using statistical (initially and periodically) and assures capability data is maintained and provided to HTT Plant on request.
-Provides metrics for Plant Manager for Supplier Performance rating
-Responsible for accurate Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) data entered in S.C.C.
-Requires Suppliers to properly apply automotive Quality tools & techniques (PFMEA, SPC, 8D, etc.), assisting them as needed.
-Leads Plant actions to disposition and resolve issues with rejected components, including taking the lead to resolve recurring and technically challenging issues.
Requirements/Qualifications:
-Experienced quality engineer.
-Bachelor Degree (Engineering preferred)
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in industry, preferably in the automotive sector.
-Competent in automotive quality practices, inclusive of process auditing, APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC, 8D, SAP, etc.
-Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing expert
-SAP Mandatory Knowledge (Quality Info Record and Materials Management). Overview of other SAP modules
-Must be able to read, write and speak English
-Product knowledge on turbo components and external manufacturing processes and its application. Understands HTT drawings and specifications.
-Ability to support cross-functional teams in CAR and other quality activities.
-Six Sigma Green-belt (minimum) or Black-Belt (preferred).
