职位描述
Responsibility:
As Director, XXX XXXX Sourcing:
1) Manage and lead a staff of sourcing professionals, including KPI, goals and objectives, succession planning, training, mentoring, retention and hiring.
2) Manage and drive productivity and working capital improvement for $100M in direct, and $25M in indirect purchases.
3) Develop and manage key supplier relationships
4) Work in a matrix environment with GCM's, ACS APAC teams, Engineering, Finance, Operations to drive customer and supplier OTTR, NPI delivery, China competitiveness
5) Drive NPI programs on time, and on BOM cost budgets.
6) Drive working capital improvement plans for cycle time, raw material DOS and turns, AWPOT by using PFEP, Pull systems, VMI, localization, supplier negotiations.
Qualification:
1) Bachelors in business required, MBA preferred
2) 10+ years progressive experience in a large electronics manufacturing environment
3) Demonstrated ability and success in global matrix reporting and management
4) Demonstrated proficiency in English
5) Demonstrated experience and success in integrating existing and NPI projects into China factories and supply base.
6) Demonstrated success in recruiting, development, and retention of sourcing personnel
7) Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence
